New Drone Footage Showing A Different Flight Path or a Second Drone

Is this the same drone that came from the water tower section ( one of my other videos ) ? Not sure because this one is going in the opposite direction.

Still waiting on any news or information about who was flying one or more drones right as everything started to go down.
