Apatros Review Ep-0091: Behind The Trees [2019]

AR-0091: A pretty lousy late-10s horror about two lovers who head to India for the chance to confirm their relationship [Boyfriend wants to propose to his gal], only to find themselves in some pretty deep hitsa when they secretly release a young girl from the small containment cell the local townsfolk put her in, unaware she is possibly a serial killer possessed by the spirit of her late mother...

The premise was interesting, I'll give it that, but the hopeless protagonist couple sinks this one down the horror genre's toilet after a nasty tandoori.

My Grade: D [Bad]
