Sir Keir Starmer has called for a “clean power alliance” to accelerate climate action. Speaking in a panel discussion on “repowering the world” at the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Labour leader also said there would be no new investment in oil and gas under his plans to make the UK a clean energy superpower.
