People today, especially growing numbers of kids, are increasingly expressing that they have "metal health" issues, but what does that even mean? Well, in a lot of cases, it just means that people aren't happy. Ok, so then if we want to be mentally healthy, then we want to be happy, right? I suppose, but are you even sure you know what happiness is? But then again, why would it be that just because you're not happy, that you're not mentally healthy anyway? Because, a lot of what is chased today in the pursuit of happiness, isn't happiness and only leaves people hollow and more frustrated and depressed than before. In addition to a word on trauma, we take a look today at what happiness is and isn't and how it relates to being mentally healthy.

Gravity Always Wins is an exploration of true principles that shape and govern the world we live in, demonstrate how to build and maintain freedom, and determine our eternal reality and destiny just as completely and just as undeniably as gravity's effect on the shape of our planet, solar system, galaxy, and beyond. Gravity Always Wins is a little more concerned with liberty than astronomy because it's just a little closer to home, and host Oliver Tanner has spent a lifetime seeking a better understanding of how it all works together. True principles are active in religion, politics, interpersonal relationships, and all other areas of life. Oliver has a lot to say on the topic so buckle up, settle in, and hold on!

Each episode is not really a one-off but there is an order to the episodes, so it is recommended that you listen from the beginning. Thank you, and I hope you find something valuable here.
