Kotaku's Alyssa Mercante performed a massive self-own on a recent @Hypnoticc livestream by attempting to virtue signal over how much money she raised for a trans charity, Trans Life Hotline.

After doing a little bit of research, @SmashJT discovered that not only is this an ideological service, but they enrich their staff and offer a terrible and limited hotline that undercuts legitimate health services!

Mercante is an endless source of laughter and will be hilarious long after Kotaku closes by the end of the year!
