Raspberry Pi 4 and Pi 3 Low Voltage Problems Solved 5.00 Volts Not Enough!

In this video I detail how I solved an ongoing issue with my Raspberry Pi 4 and low voltage. The Pi claims 5 volts, but you really need 5.1 - 5.25 volts for good stable operation.
