How do you dress up an old favorite? Start with Red Wine.

I made a healthy Strawberry Jam recipe because I don't like preserves/additives in my food. It's four ingredients- Strawberries, Sugar, Lemon, and Red Wine. It gives it more complexity and character. It's a grown-up's Strawberry Jam.
