Rising Rates Autism Economic and Societal Costs

This is an incredible story which is going to affect us all in our lifetime due to the bankruptcy being caused which will transfer to tax costs.

Autism is steeped in big pharma and regulatory capture. However, it is also now, the story of an Autism industry - teachers, carers, ABA providers, psychologists, psychiatrists and so many others who now make money from autism. The costs will surpass US$1 trillion per year within the next decade. "We are not just fighting against big pharma and the capture of government, but also the entire sinecure system that rewards people who keep the problem going and don't ask questions".

There is also evidence for the promotion and use of euthanasia, especially once the parents of children with autism approach the end of their lives and are no longer available as carers.

One example that Toby provides is the Simons Foundation, whose entire reason for existence is to attempt to link autism, which has risen exponentially since the 1986 US legislation giving legal immunity to vaccine manufacturers, with genetics. They have spent $200 million in research, with no results. They can be found here https://www.sfari.org/

Meanwhile, Rogers speaks about the way the Simons Foundation organised for a retraction of his paper, Autism Tsunami The Impact of Rising Prevalence on the Societal Cost of Autism in the United States, from the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders. He describes the process of re-publishing, including further peer review, in the Journal of Science, Public Health Policy and the Law. The article is available here:

Toby Rogers' PhD thesis, The Political Economy of Autism, is one of the top ten most-read theses of all time. Find it here:

This story shows the dark side of humanity, and the way that financial systems can be established which ride roughshod over basic human rights and decency.
