1940's Vise Grip Knock-Off - The Shur Grip

The ShurGrip was a short-lived competitor to the ViseGrip locking pliers.
Invented in 1946 by Walter Pugh of Rockford Illinois,
it's very similar to the Peterson Vise Grip except it used a sliding pivot pin
design, likely in an attempt to "get around" Vise Grip's patent.
I recently picked up a vintage example of this tool. Mine is a little rusty,
but it seems to work fine.
