- One of the most important things we will learn is the importance of saying NO to anything or anyone that is not in alignment with your f*ck yes

- By saying NO to what is not in alignment with your #1 purpose/business/creative idea in the moment you free up the energy to FOCUS on your fuck yes

- Saying NO will trigger people, and it may hurt now, but it is the principle of delayed gratification to pour energy into the ONE thing that you are really passionate about

- When we can flow all of our energy into our ONE true, deep purpose, holding a steady intention, and learning from our “mistakes”, improving and falling fwd we eventually reach out goal.

- Get clear; what is your f*ck yes? The one thing you really want to create/your humanity?

- Create a list of the top 20 things you want to create in your life: Now, settle on the top 1, maximum 3 things and say NO to anything from 4-20, and focus your energy into your top 1-3 thing that are most important to you.
