John Fervier, the chairman, must resign. You do not want this guy on the board during the 2024 election. John was appointed by Kemp.
The media will tell you that it is a reinvestigation. Brian Kemp has told John that the investigation is complete. But the investigation was incomplete.
SEB2023-025 - 346 violations in the 2020 election in Fulton County. Johnston read into the record the minutes from May that the agreement was that the monitor team would be in place in July otherwise it would be void. Dr. Johnston suggests that the AG might have to seek outside counsel because the AG office may have a conflict by representing the SOS and the SEB. She pushes that they may have to seek their own legal counsel. In 30 days the AG needs to report to the SEB. Remember the amicus brief that Carr representing the SOS sent to Amero to stop the case.
Remember John is telling them that the SOS and Fulton county already have an agreement and that agreement is Ryan Germany who found nothing wrong with the election that Biden won. John is angry, he tried to intimidate the board to stop the vote.
Are you not tired of when you ask your representative to do something that is the right thing to do and the representative says that they may be sued.
