Motorway strands Chinese home.

Ranchers from eastern China won't move after workers for hire fabricate a motorway around their home, making what is known as a 'nail house'.

An obstinate rancher from eastern China has turned into a web-based sensation after he would not pass on his home to clear a path for another street, and wound up in the center of it.
A large portion of the north of 1,000 occupants of Xiayangzhang town in Zhejiang region moved out a long time back to permit development of the new street.

In any case, 67-year-old rancher Luo Baogen would not move, saying the 260,000 yuan (£26,000) pay offered wouldn't manage the cost of him anything like his ongoing five-story house, where he resides with his better half.

Luo's home has become what Chinese individuals call a 'nail house,' a structure that stands on after others have been wrecked, and is more than likely pounded down eventually.
