Woman Thinks She Can Bully Her Way Out of DUI

On October 21st, 2023, an officer was dispatched in reference to a case of DUI. He was informed that a woman was slumped over the steering wheel of her car and wasn’t responding to anyone. As the officer approached her vehicle, he could clearly see that she was heavily intoxicated. The officer was concerned about whether the female was sober enough to drive, so he decided to conduct a DUI test. The woman continued to make excuses instead of following the officer’s orders. It was evident that the woman was intoxicated, so the officers went ahead and arrested her. The woman began verbally abusing and threatening the officers. She showed no signs of stopping her verbal abuse and continued to escalate the situation. The female began misbehaving with the hospital staff. The female was charged with aggravated battery, resisting arrest and driving under the influence.
