WY Rep Harriet Hageman proposes amendment to block new rule requiring EID / RFID tags in livestock

SCOTUS just ruled that these agencies can not make laws or burdensome requirements yet here we are. The new rule requiring Electronic Identification Devices in livestock that cross state lines, strangling small ranches like those here in NW NC, goes into effect Nov 5 2024 unless we can stop it. Please call your congressperson and ask that they support this effort.
