German MEP Christine Anderson says we need to fight for democracy

"I do not expect a freedom, democracy and a rule of law in China, nor do I expect it in North Korea. They are oppressive systems. But I do expect it in Western democracies. And when you see it being taken down in Western democracies and that is a very clear indication and how much trouble we actually are...It is happening in every single Western democracy...If the people don't step up then they just push through with their agenda. In the end you will find yourself in dire circumstances where you may not be able to do anything about it anymore."
