In Cottage Grove, a group of people say a few of the city councilors failed to listen to the community when it came to how to handle the homeless issue so they recalled them. It wasn't easy and there's been backlash but the three councilors were recalled and the group has a plan to move forward. This is a story that shows a small group of people, willing to push ahead and get involved, can use it's voice for change.
