Ubisoft Buying Positive Reviews for Star Wars Outlaws

Ubisoft’s new release, Star Wars Outlaws, has been getting a lot of negative attention for months now and in the leadup to the release the studio is being accused of manipulating reviewers to give it a more positive review.

The accusations began when in was reported the studio flew influencers out to Disney land for a trip where they were also given an early preview for the game. This lends credibility to the idea that these influencers reviewing the game will give it a more favorable score if they want to continue with such access. Also, a German video game YouTuber has come forward to say he was reached out to by a PR company and asked to edit his early preview video for the game.
