John Dee and Edward Kelley in the 1500's came together and contacted angels who gave them the enochian language. The 2 men continued to talk to angels or fallen angels through scrying. The "angels" gave them the enochian alphabet. This is one consideration for fallen angel languages. Fallen angels seem to also have spoken through hieroglyphics and megaliths/megalithic sites.
