BREAKING!🚨🚨🚨 The Georgia State Election Board PASSES (3-2) motion referring 2020 issues of missing ballot images, duplicate recount votes, and missing documents to the Attorney Generals office for further OUTSIDE INVESTIGATION!

The two dissenting board members cautioned the others on the legality of the decision.

The newest board member, Janelle King, said board members need to make sure threats of lawsuits don’t prevent them from doing the right thing out of fear.

The Attorney Generals office has 30 days to report their findings back to the State Election Board, or immediately if they “unable or unwilling to conduct this focused investigation” so the SEB can hire legal counsel and investigators to complete it themselves!

This motion passing is the direct result of @KevinMoncla’s INCREDIBLE work and decision to file SEB complaint 2023-025!
