Gov. Walz speaking a phrase in Chinese

A short video of him speaking a small phrase of Chinese (he doesn’t claim to be able to speak much) but he has consistently wished his constituents a happy Chinese New Year. I’d give his 恭喜发财 a solid 10/10.
