10 Min "Get Going" Workout #1: Lateral, Forward, High Knees

Hello Team! This is the 2nd workout on the channel and the first "Get Going" version. Like all our videos it's 10 minutes long and this one focuses on Burning Fat and building Endurance.

We have 3 rounds of lateral moves, forward moves and high knees each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second finisher empties that tank! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 1 light dumbbell (3-12 lbs). All exercises can be done without weights
