"The Squad" member ousted from Congress after Israel-Gaza war stance | LiveNOW from FOX

Another member of the progressive Congressional group known as "The Squad" has been ousted, marking the second member defeated in a matter of months.
Rep. Cori Bush (D) was seeking a third term in Missouri's first Congressional District and lost in the Democratic primary to St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell.
United Democracy Project, a Super Political Action Committee (Super PAC) by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) spent $8.5 million to oust Bush following her repeated criticism of Israel's response to the Oct. 7 terror attack. The war in Gaza began after Hamas attacked Israel, killing 1,200 people and taking approximately 250 hostages.
The tactic was similar to the gameplan used earlier this year in New York, where the United Democracy Project spent $15 million to defeat "The Squad" member, US Representative Jamaal Bowman, who lost to George Latimer, a pro-Israel candidate.
The other members of "the Squad" include Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, Rashida Tlaib, Greg Casar, Summer Lee and Delia Ramirez.
Peverill Squire, a professor of political science at the University of Missouri joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss what happened and the implications for the future. #LiveNow #FOXNews #BreakingNews #LiveCoverage #NewsUpdate #TopStories #CurrentEvents #Headlines #LiveStreaming #InTheKnow
