James Cameron directed The Terminator in 1984, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the rest is history (Just so long as the Terminator doesn't erase it ;) Armed with only 6.4 million dollars, Cameron launched his career with one of the best science fiction films of all time. He followed up with Aliens, Terminator 2, The Abyss, Titanic and the Avatars, securing a place as one of the highest-grossing directors of all time.
Also starring Linda Hamilton, Michael Biehn, Paul Winfield, Lance Henriksen, and a small cameo from our beloved Bill Paxton.
