Former Indiana first lady Susan Bayh undergoes brain cancer surgery

Former Indiana first lady Susan Bayh had surgery Tuesday to remove a tumor related to a form of brain cancer.  The tumor was a malignant glioblastoma, the cancer that Ted Kennedy and Beau Biden fought and that John McCain is currently battling, according to a longtime spokesperson for Evan Bayh. Susan was the first lady of Indiana from 1989-1997, when her husband, Evan, was governor.
