In this Part 2 of a two part presentation, Rick provides each participant with their own tally sheets to count an election. With just the second batch of 25 training ballots, the group achieves 100% accuracy. (They were nearly 100% on the first round.) The training literally took just minutes. This video demonstrates the ease with which elections can be hand counted, and how quickly people can be trained to run accurate and open elections. Don't let anyone tell you hand counting is inaccurate, too expensive, too difficult, or takes too long. That is nonsense. Watch this to see how easy it is.
