Intention (Niyyah): Have the intention of performing ablution before starting the process.
Start with washing the hands: Begin by washing your hands up to the wrists three times.

Wash the face: Thoroughly wash your face from the hairline to the chin and from ear to ear.

Wipe the head: Wet your hands and wipe over your head once.
Wash the feet: Finally, wash both feet up to the ankles, ensuring water reaches between the toes, three times, starting with the right foot.
After performing ablution, one can proceed to take a bath for ritual purity (ghusl) by washing the entire body in a specific manner, ensuring water reaches every part of the body.
