Body Cam: Barefoot Suspect Arrested After PIT Maneuver in Downtown Milwaukee

A man from Milwaukee was arrested after a high-speed pursuit ended with a PIT maneuver in Downtown Milwaukee. Greenfield Police initiated the pursuit near South 43rd Street and Forest Home Avenue around 2:30 AM. During the pursuit, the suspect crashed into a wall in the Kilbourn Tunnel, which is located under the Milwaukee County Courthouse. The suspect fled on foot the vehicle after a PIT maneuver near Vel R. Phillips Avenue and Kilbourn Avenue. The suspect was found barefoot and hiding where he was arrested.
