The Stern American Show - Steve Stern with Catherine Lara, Election Integrity Advocate in California

Season 3 Episode 19 - Catherine Lara talks to Steve Stern about her involvement in election integrity in California and encourages viewers to get involved. She shares the need to recruit Poll Workers, Poll Observers and Registrar of Voters workers/observers. She says it's very important for everyone in California to check their voter registration and make certain they are registered how they want to vote because some changes have been made without voters' knowledge. She is a proponent of eliminating voting machines and hand-counting ballots. If you live in California and you'd like to get involved, this show is for you!

BIO
Catherine Lara, born and raised in the Inland Empire in California, began a career in Law Enforcement with Ontario Police Department in 1982. In 1990, she became a Sr. Investigator with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. In 1998, she was hit by an illegal alien while on duty and forced into medical retirement at age 35. This changed her whole world. Because of her back injuries, she was told not to have children, so they adopted their son.
She fell into her next role of Special Education Advocate due to her son’s learning disabilities and began writing and filing compliance complaint reports against school districts and advocating for those that needed help. She is on a Civil Review Board, which encourages parents to step up.
In 2020, she became the Election Integrity Director in the SBGOP. She currently trains people to be poll observers, ROV observers, Drop Box watchers, and clean up the voter rolls. She also directs Voter Registration, Get Out the Vote, and Precincts for San Bernardino County.
She has also been involved with many other grassroot organizations including MOMS Club, Chaffey Community Republican Women’s Federated, to name a few. She is passionate about keeping her County, State and Country Constitutionally Conservative, upholding our laws, and returning God, family and Justice to our world.

Ms. Lara currently sits on the 2nd District Caucus for the Central Committee of the SBGOP https://sbgop.com.
