Synopsis:
Welcome back to LUNCH BYTES EVERYONE!

Our first episode back from our short break is going to be a great conversation around personal advocacy and mental health. A lot of us have questions when we receive a diagnosis and are prescribed a medication, in today's episode we're going to look at some important things to ask your doctor during this process. It's easy to get tongue-tied or forget things that you want to ask during these important appointments. Today's episode is going to focus on what we should try to remember to ask, and how to talk to our doctor, and we'll be providing some lived experience discussions around our guest’s recovery journeys.

This should be a great discussion and a wonderful reintroduction to our regular podcast!
