JKD REACTIONARY RESPONSE PAD DRILL

JKD Sifu Mike Goldberg demonstrates a JKD reactionary response drill done with hand targets. JKD Sifu Raymond Bray feeds me several signals by either stepping in, stepping back when I initiate a lead and rear straight strike combination, as well as, a haymaker with me following up with either a hammerfist, downward slap, or tiger claw. NOTE: How he angles the hand target when he executes the haymaker. The MAIN idea of this drill is that COACH has the option to deviate the attack symbols at his discretion... Which keeps everything fairly HONEST!!!
