MiG-15UTI “Red 45” trainer fighter; initially it had the number “98 blue with a black border”

Since August 2017 the number “98” has changed to “red with a white border”.
In September 2020, on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the military department of the Belarusian State Aviation Academy, the number “Red 45” was permanently applied to the aircraft; the surface was initially of natural metal color, but since September 2020 it has been gray.
Today it is installed on a chassis near the 3rd building of the Academy. Previously (since 1982), the MiG-15UTI was placed on a pedestal-pylon with the landing gear retracted near the main academic building (Ulitsa Uborevicha, 77). In May-June 2017 it was removed from the pedestal and moved to a new location.
On May 11, 2018, a solemn opening ceremony of a memorial sign for the MiG-15UTI aircraft exhibition took place. It is visible on Google Maps at coordinates 53°50'26.4"N 27°39'29.9"E. Photo Sky.n.planes.
