This can be pretty intense but see how I'm also even working into the split So take your time here As I'm doing this I'm rotating my foot left to right so I get every angle See how I'm moving there So good Forward and back forward and back So you're going to want to do that for a while then I'll hold this little lunge Really nice to use the roller underneath your body And I'm going to go back and forth a couple times So like rest then come back to that Then we're going to move back so the ruler is under the hamstring And now we're in a supported split As we're doing this I'll find a little spot on the hamstring that feels tight and do some pulses here If you need extra support you could grab some blocks to either side And experiment with bringing that closer to your hip and further away You want to get the whole length of the hamstring Find some position We're just going to hold for 10 8
