National debt has been paid.

The lady in this second video explains the payment of $21 Trillion that came from the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) on 13 March 2017 that was paid to the US Treasury via the Office of Military Settlements (OMS). It appears this may be to pay off the remaining balance of the US National Debt ($14.3T as shown in previous video and £21T in this video.
