In this clip, Tennessee Representative Antonio Parkinson cross questions Andy Guggenheim on whether Wall Street is indeed using everyone's stocks and bonds as collateral on derivatives contracts. This means they are encumbering your assets and if the derivatives market goes down, your stocks and bonds will be seized.

Andy Guggenheim earlier in his testimony says everyone's stocks and bonds are NOT being used, but in this cross questioning he plainly admits they are....
