I don't know what it is about this morning's scripture, in particular Romans 12:17-21, but there's something about these verses that I need God's help to do, because it is so easy to fly off the handle, and to want to retaliate against somebody who's done me wrong. The questions from this morning's devotional were especially thought provoking to me, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. In particular this first one. Please read this question carefully, and I pray that God will speak to your heart through it.

What words of other people trigger anger or resentment in you?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God has shown me from this passage of scripture, as well as quite a few weather verses of scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you helps you To know how to respond to someone who is triggering the hurt, hate, and resentment within you, with the love and mercy of Jesus Christ, without being a doormat. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn for yourself how to live peaceably and honorably with others, without being someone's punching bag or doormat, so that Christ Jesus is genuinely seen in you! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it is used of God to help you learned to live at peace with others.

How can you turn a bad situation into a peaceful one?

I think that starts by going to the Lord in prayer, and asking Him to help you first off, respond to whoever is saying and/or doing hurtful things towards you, in a way that honors God, while also standing up for yourself. Follow Proverbs 15:1, by asking God to help you think before you say or do anything that would dishonor Him. I especially pray that you ask God to show you ways in which you could extend His love, mercy, and compassion to those who were showing their open hatred toward you, to do so in a way that not only reflects the character of Jesus Christ, while not being the world's doormat.
