Kier Starmer - Pedophile Protectorate?

If my memory serves me well it was Tony Blair (a man who himself was fined £500 for "cottaging" in a Public Toilet many years ago, before he became Prime Minister) who issued a D-Notice on Peter Mandelson, a prolific pedophile according to many researchers/investigators. The D-Notice prevents further investigations as far as I am aware.
