Fire has broken out in Russia’s Rostov region, local Telegram channels reported. The fire, which started with the burning of dry grass and garbage, spread to the nearby asphalt plant and then to the fuel and lubricants warehouse. The fire covered an area of 5,000 square meters. No casualties have been reported yet.
