Brand New Trains Getting Towed from Illinois to Canada

Canada's version of Amtrak is Via Rail Canada. It's newest trainsets are manufactured by Siemens in California, and they have to get to Canada somehow, right?

Today we caught some switching, freight and Metra action on the Homewood, Illinois side of CN's Markham Yard. Ultimately we were able to catch a CN engine towing two Via Rail sets out of the yard to begin their journey north to be placed into service.
