1 Corinthians 14:1-19

Paul explains the benefit of New Testament prophecy (speaking forth the Truth) in the local fellowship. He begins with an exhortation to pursue love, desire spirituals (gifts), but especially that we should prophesy. In doing so the body is edified, exhorted and consoled.
