Alabama Democrat Wants To Impose A Permitting Requirements To Exercise Constitutional Carry.

In response to Alabama becoming the 22nd state to invoke constitutional carry state democrats are rallying around a bill that would put a permitting system in place for persons who are carrying around specific semi automatic firearms.
