People with high cholesterol levels don’t get Alzheimer’s. We have been deceived.

40 years ago, a cholesterol level of 300 was perfectly fine. Today, you are told it can’t go over 150.

The fattiest organ in the body is the brain and cholesterol is used to protect the brain against chemicals, heavy metals…we have been deceived.

The side effects of cholesterol lowering medication are Dementia, muscle wasting, Alzheimer’s, Breast Cancer, Vitamin D deficiency, because our sex hormones are made from cholesterol.

If we don’t have enough vitamin D, we can’t get the minerals into our bones to have strong bones. So what do we have now? Osteoporosis. I’ts all about precision balance. We need cholesterol.

The Framingham Heart Study has been going on for 40 years. It set out to prove that cholesterol causes heart disease, but still hasn’t, 40 years later. But it did show that people with high cholesterol levels don’t get Alzheimer’s.

Do you need a moment of silence to digest that one?
