End The Legislated Poverty Now Protest - Yonge and College (street-blocking)

The police were making up something about needing a "permit to protest", which doesn't exist anywhere in the charter (you can look that up for yourself) nor is it in the criminal code. **PROTESTING IS A CHARTER RIGHT (freedom of assembly)**.

Due to manual focus being turned on by accident, I had to sharpen the video, which did improve things visually.
I had to apply a high-pass filter to this one because the bass/low was all the way up, the middle was too high and the high was too low. Once this was taken care of, I could hear the woman speaking without having to turn the volume up all the way.
Should also note: I had to cut out the long pauses (30 of them) where no speeches were being spoken, or the audio was too low (couldn't hear anything, despite amplifying it).
