French President Macron and his staff congratulated Algerian boxing champ, Imane Khelif with what can only be described as a sh!t-eating grin after Khelif defeated Italian boxer, Angela Carini in 42 seconds.

After subsequently outboxing Hungary's Anna Luca Hamori, Khelif has now advanced to the semi-finals.

In 2023, Khelif was found to have XY chromosoimes and high testosterone levels, failing a sex test and barred from competing in the World Championship but was allowed to compete at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
