SHOULD ULYSSES S. GRANT GET CREDIT FOR THIS UNION VICTORY?

Ulysses S. Grant got his first major victory of the Civil War, as well as the Union's as whole in the Western Theater, at the Battle Of Fort Henry on February 6, 1862 in Kentucky. But does he deserve the credit?
