Figure on Water Tower in RSBN Footage? Probably Created by Editing Software

Found this in the comments somewhere and the commenter said he enhanced it on Topaz Labs. The star and the trees wave around like an acid flashback or so I've heard. Interesting though.

I spliced them together so there's nothing more there, but some may want to verify that this was really from RSBN.

On second watch, I noticed the figure moving his hands around very clearly over the tower's hat. My impression from this is if the software created the defined figure, it must have been done on purpose either by an agency or as a prank, and if not perhaps it's legit. So I think, if you can verify the software automatedly created the figure, that would suggest it's real. Here are the poster's instructions for verifying:
"This video was enhanced and zoomed in using Topaz Labs Artemis Low Quality Model and Camtasia for zooming in. The results can be replicated for validation."

Another thing to check is if it matches the water tower footage in Stewart's tape. But the tape went through the FBI, so it's contaminated. I agree with Goodman that Stewart is suspicious.

It seems to be agreed on by everyone that the 3D models showing the water tower blocks the line of sigh to Trump are accurate. But it could still be that they intended to shoot Trump as the Marshalls walked him to the car, ducking their heads to give a shot. Until the govt releases the footage, we must consider every possibility.
