Campaigners are urging the government to invest in youth clubs to help build skills and keep young people away from crime.
Cuts over the last decade have forced 750 centres to close and many argue the closures have helped fuel crime among young people.
Sky's Alice Porter has been visiting a centre, Mentivity House, in South London.
