The path to becoming an effective individual involves more than just the physical. While a physical understanding is a good idea for individual defense, most conflicts do not start at that level. There are other aspects to focus on, when becoming personally proficient. These include research and analysis, the ability to draft legal instruments, and various means of enforcement, other than the physical. Then, at the end of the video, we will explore three catagories of scenarios the many are likely to phase today. As the saying goes, you're only as strong as your weakest link. In becoming a valuable member for any group, it first starts with the individual.
