Nick Irving, a former sniper with 33 confirmed kills, is shocked by the Secret Service's failure to prevent the recent assassination attempt on Donald Trump. He suggests it could be due to either incompetence or a potential setup.

“It just seems like I don’t want to be like a conspiracy theorist. But it almost feels like it was a setup at this point. There was so much, you know, failures from a top down.”

Irving highlights the lack of communication and preparedness among the agents on the ground. He recommends a thorough vetting process and the hiring of top snipers to ensure Trump's safety in the future.

“It was day one when we found out that the 20 year old kid climbed up on the rooftop... That was like a big sign for me that, you know, why was a counter sniper team not having eyes on a vantage point like that? The high ground, that's like military 101.”

Irving concludes that immediate action is necessary to prevent another attempt, given the current political climate.
