"Praznik rada" je crnohumorna drama o potrazi za istinom koja oslobađa, ali često i boli. Nakon deset godina u Njemačkoj Armin (igra ga Muhamed Hadžović) u gluhoj noći dolazi u Bosnu. Prvomajski su praznici, tek je oženjen, želi da iznenadi oca Fudu. Nema ga kući. Komišija kaže: uhapsiše Fudu, ko zna zašto. U mahali nemir. Fudo da je zločinac?! Armin želi doznati istinu, a komšiluk proslaviti Praznik rada.
