Besides Patriot Missiles what else do they have to shoot Russian planes in Ukraine?

We look at a cheesy little AA with a good punch and the same chassis with a serious anti tank missile. These machines have ZERO survivability in modern combat.
Then some realistic but harsh combat with the tanks of modern combat.
